My work in this world is simple.
I’m here to Love.
In my various roles as a writer, teacher, yogi, energy healer, and shamanic dancer, I aim to inspire people to open their hearts ever more fully into Love. And, moreover, to recognize themselves AS that Love.
These themes are reflected in my two books, Opening Love and The Peace of Reiki, which explore grounded, practical ways of embodying Love in our day-to-day lives.
My formal training includes a PhD in English as well as the Shinpiden (Reiki Master) degree in the Usui lineage. I am also a licensed interfaith minister and serve as a board member and Healing Facilitator at Ordinary Pioneer.
