Welcome to your weekly Tarot for the Soul reading!
If you have been guided to this reading, then you are in the right place, my friend. This reading is meant for you.
As always, I have drawn two cards from my Osho Zen Tarot deck.
The first card represents the gifts that will be showered upon you this week by the Universe. We always have gifts being delivered to us—and spiritual mastery lies in slowing down enough to be able to cultivate gratitude. Our soul longs to say “thank you”… and, so, by taking this moment to give thanks, we generate even more positive energy so that more and more gifts may manifest in the future!
The second card represents your areas for growth this week. Remember: there is no life without challenge…no light without dark, no yin without yang. Life in human form is a mixed bag of circumstances and lessons. It is in our highest wisdom to recognize and embrace all aspects, even the ones that are painful. Our soul needs challenges in order to grow. So, stand and face these growth opportunities with an open, courageous, loving heart.
~ YOUR READING ~
I love this card—and I love you!
I’m so thrilled to draw this card for you this week!
We are the World (10 of Rainbows) reveals feelings of joy, exuberance, and achievement. Feelings of prevailing peace and rightness.
All is good in the world.
This card is a celebration. It is a reflection of the fact that a sense of peace and fulfillment are currently radiating throughout your life. Yes, there may be certain goals that you are working towards, and certain things that have not yet come to fruition. However, this card indicates that you have indeed reached a major milestone in your journey.
The various colors of the people in this card represent the spectrum of human emotions that you have felt throughout your life. And wow—there have been so many! So many shades of happiness, peace, frustration, depression, worry, faith, hope, fear, sadness, confusion, bliss, and so much more.
Now, all the parts of you come together, holding hands, singing songs of gratitude.
Truly, this week your gift is a recognition of how you have worked so hard to embrace all the parts of you: the beautiful, the strange, and even the parts of you that you or society have labelled as “ugly.”
You have made such amazing strides!
This week, take time to notice how much self-love you are capable of cultivating now, in this present time in your life. Notice how you are less divided and less judgmental of yourself for feeling the various feelings you feel.
Being human is an extraordinary gift of feeling! We are not meant to be robots. On our spiritual journey, the dissolution of the ego is not about becoming neutral all the time. Rather, being a human being is about dancing and playing and adventuring into the feelings that we came here to experience. Good ones, bad ones, happy ones, and all the ones in between. (In truth, there are no “bad” ones, but that’s a subject for another time…)
You chose to come into this lifetime. You made the choice, because you knew that being human would be a wonderful. You also knew that, at times, it would feel like a crazy roller coaster. And yet you chose to come anyway. You wanted this.
This week, take the time to say some words of thanks to yourself, for you have reached a pivotal moment of fulfillment and accomplishment. Spirit wants you to know this.
I truly love this week, because I’ve drawn two of my favorite cards.
In the Existence Card (I of Major Arcana), a naked figure sits atop a lily pad, apparently enraptured by the scene that plays out before her. In the sky: a shooting star and luminous galaxies spin and swirl.
This card is about the transitionary time period between being at One with the Universe before birth and the moment directly after birth.
This card reminds me of a newborn baby, when they gaze up at lights and giggle and smile at seemingly everything. It is a feeling of innocence and wonder. Awe.
Your growth for this week is to cultivate this feeling further.
Here’s an exercise to try: For one entire day, try to imagine that you are an alien and you have just been deposited from your ship onto planet Earth. You look around you in amazement: There are beings walking around, speaking a language you don’t know, and there are colors and shapes and objects which are totally new to your eyes. So, you simply observe. You simply take it all in, with each breath.
This is the mindset that Spirit is encouraging you to cultivate this week. Look at the world as a newborn does. See the world as new, as shining, as the miraculous wonderment that it truly is.
So often in our daily lives, we begin to get a feeling of boredom. We feel like we’ve seen it all and there’s nothing new under the sun. And, yet…if we make the intentional choice to cultivate a sense of wonder about our existence, then we can recapture that feeling we had when we were young…that timeless, floating feeling, where we can taste the magic in every star, hear the mystery in every word.
Blessed be, my friends.
As always, my friends, if you’d like a private reading with me, please get in touch.
Thank you so much for being the miraculous being that you are, and thank you for providing me the space in which to share my work. I love this work.
Have an awesome week!
